  • Output uses sensor based metrics to ensure movement quality, strength improvement, and performance requirements in one platform 
  • Clients will also have the ability to view the upcoming programming based on the current phase.

A LIVING BREATHING TRULY CUSTOMIZED GROUP PROGRAM

SHAPE Training’s group athletic program is real strength and conditioning program. The classes are not preprogrammed by a corporate office. The coaches learn the training principles needed to get their class results and they program using the SHAPE Training structure. A living breathing program.

SQUAD
TRAINING

  • Using the building blocks of our 5 phase strength training system Squad Training offers our members the unique opportunity to work with the top tier coaches and reap the benefits of community engagement and accountability.
  • Each Squad has 2-4 clients and lead by one of our best coaches. Sessions can booked at anytime during the day giving you maximum flexibility to accommodate all schedules. 
  • We address any learning curves by giving you access to “Squad Fundamentals” … a 3 week on-boarding system for new clients or clients returning after a short time away. 
  • SHAPE Training has always been at the forefront of the fitness trends that matter and our “Squads” are putting us right back in the front.
